Description

Each year, Hirsch Select Whiskies releases some of their boldest whiskeys as Single Barrels. Many variables can affect a whiskey, including the barrel’s wood grain, storage location, aging, grains, and more, which can create a unique flavor profile to that single barrel.

Hirsch The Single Barrel Silver is a blend of two mash bills: 70% consists 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley aged for 4 years and 2 months and 30% is made of up 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% malted barley aged 5 years and 6 months. This limited release of 50 barrels is aged in Bardstown, Kentucky in New American Oak Barrels and non-chill filtered.
