The spirit of the Journey

HIRSCH is a spirit for a new generation of enthusiasts: the curator-explorers who mark quality moments with quality whiskey — and not the other way around. It’s for those who believe there’s an art to finding the hidden gems, and who, like our founder A. H. Hirsch, are empowered to find their own way — of reaching the summit, of enjoying a glass. Because, while whiskey-making has always been a craft, HIRSCH seeks to push into a new direction: the craft of exploration.

In 1974, A. H. HIRSCH commissioned a whiskey to be produced by a small distillery in PA, which became "one of the most important bourbons of the 20th century."
